Follow the following instructions if you are getting an error message on the bid window:
iOS 10:
1. Go to Settings > Safari
2. Make sure that always allow or Allow from websites I visit is selected from the "Block Cookies" drop-down menu.
iOS 11:
1. Go to Settings > Safari
2. Make sure Block All Cookies AND Prevent Cross-site tracking are turned off.
Android Web Browsers:
1. Open the Browser.
2. Go to Menu > Settings > Privacy & security
or
Menu > More > Settings > Privacy Settings
3. Make sure Accept Cookies is turned On.
Chrome fro Android:
1. Open Chrome
2. Go to More Menu > Settings > Site settings > Cookies (More menu icon in the top-right corner)
3. Make sure Cookies is turned On.
